Paul Clark

Started a career in property in 1981, working as an accounts clerk for a local ‘general practice’ estate agency partnership. As the agency became incorporated within a national corporate estate agency, Paul rose to become an area manager with responsibility for a group of offices across Lincolnshire. A Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and an Associate of the Institute of Management, Paul has dealt with all aspects of residential and commercial property sales, lettings and management during his long and successful career. As a landlord himself, Paul fully appreciates the concerns and difficulties which face today’s landlords.

Pat Hill

Patricia Hill entered the world of property management in 1996, when she joined the Residential Lettings and Property Management Department of the Boston branch of a national corporate estate agency. With a background in sales and administration, Patricia understands the importance of offering a professional and efficient service to clients. Always keen to keep up to date with current industry requirements, Patricia holds the Association of Residential Letting Agents ARLA2000 Certificate and is an Associate of the National Association of Estate Agents.
